Why Dont I just do it myself?

We live and breathe motor vehicles and finance. Our job is to remain updated on what dealers/brands/financiers are offering on vehicles, rates, loan appetite and turnaround times. We have been doing this for 20 years so we know how to find you a great solution quickly. You could of course investigate doing it yourself, but that will involve numerous discussions with dealers/banks, often stressful and time consuming, and at the end of the process not knowing if you have ended up with the right price or correct loan. We will save you multiples of our fees as well as significant time and stress - guaranteed.

Do you Broker Used Cars?

As a general rule, we do not get involved in used car sales as we cannot guarantee the history or quality of a used vehicle and do not wish to put our name to vehicles where we cannot guarantee quality. We specialise in new and demonstrator vehicles up to to 5,000kms (excluding private sales).

What About Exotic/Rare Cars?

We will facilitate used exotic/rare cars on a case by case basis, as it is a small market and we have relationships with the majority of exotic/sports car dealerships - contact us to discuss further.

Can you dispose of our old car?

Yes, as part of the new veicle pruchase process, we also gather information fo your trade in requirements including a recommedation of whether to trade or sell privately. We will gather vehicle specifics from you and negotiate your trade in . Its important to note that often trading your vehicle to the dealership the new car is being purchased from does not result in the best outcome. For this reason we run the trade in process independant of the new vehicle purchase.

We also facilitate a mailing list to connect clients looking for used vehicles - Should a client have interest in your old vehicle, we connect you together to discuss further (independantly to us) and hopefully reach an off-market agreement with minimal time and stress to both parties.

How does Auto Adviser Get Paid?

Finance - We are paid directly by the lender through upfront and trail commissions, not by you. All lenders have agreed commissions structures with our finance aggregator with these commission paid by the lender after the settlement of your loan. These cost will not be passed on to you in higher interest rates or fees.

Motor Vehicles - We are paid directly by you for the service the independant and impartial advice we provide to you. We work for you, not for dealerships or automotive brands.
